All goodwill generated by the use of Wer's logo or any mark associated with us will belong exclusively to us.

We make no representations, warranties, conditions, guarantees, or other commitments of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, satisfactory quality, quiet enjoyment, and freedom from viruses or other harmful code. In addition, we do not represent that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, timely, current, reliable, or free from errors.
INDEMNIFICATION
